The client wanted a business service-type website. One of their concerns was to be able to attach a signed PDF form to their referral form
OUR ANSWER
The Solution
We built the site from scratch. We attached the PDF layout to the contact or referral form and mapped out each form field with its related backend code. The process allowed us to embed or copy the front-end form to the PDF layout in the backend so the user can receive a fully downloadable PDF referral form
