This was a fun project to work on. The challenging part on this site was about privacy and generating a form that would, after submission, create a PDF will all the user's information.
Many of the WordPress plugin we found could not offer PDF version for more that 5 pages. Luckily we were able to find one that met the client's requirement for form submission and all was well.
Hands of Hope Therapeutic Services focuses on the most pressing issues facing behavioral health care today. . We are an organization that provides mental health professionals with experience in community support, wellness planning, problem-solving, socialization skills, symptom management, and coping strategies. Our treatment program is based on the Community Support Model and person-centered models of rehabilitation for adults. We provide both community-based and on-site services at the office.
